The Rental Search is a Full Service. This means it is including searching, inspection, negotiation, application submission and keys collection. In addition, other service such as removalist or similar can be recommended and arranged (at costs).

This service is catered for you if:

  • You need to rent a property within 40km radius of Sydney, or Central Coast in the next three months.

  • Your budgeted rental amount is at least $600 per week

  • You recognize that this is a fee-based professional service, I will secure your new home according to your criteria at a reasonable cost, considering the time and effort invested in the process.   

How much does it cost?

​

  • Charges associated with our rental search service comprise two weeks' rent (plus GST).

  • Upfront non-refundable retainer/ engagement fee of AUD $850 (plus GST) is required upon agency agreement is signed.

  • Success fee, calculated based on the rental amount (i.e. two weeks' rent less retainer fee), due at the time of signing the rental agreement.
